When we die, our consciousness leaves our physical bodies and takes on an etheric body that feels as tangible as our flesh and blood bodies once were. When our loved ones die, they don’t disappear. They continue to be around you, and they DO answer your calls, but in a different way than when they were alive. Ask for a sign and give it a week to show up in your life. Be clear on what you are asking for, and make it something specific. My uncle liked Jim Croce. At his funeral in 2019, I played ‘I Got a Name’ on a portable stereo. Although I had known that song for years and enjoyed it, I came to associate that song with my uncle. After a conversation with my cousin in which she said that a full-page SLOTH showed up in a magazine at the dentist office the day she requested to be shown a sloth by her spirit guides, I decided to ask my uncle for a sign that he is around. I said in my head, ‘Show me Jim Croce. Play ‘I got a name,’ or ‘Operator.’ After that, I was careful not to Google or otherwise search for Jim Croce so that the algorithm wouldn’t pick up on it. I wanted this to be a clear sign that I couldn’t argue away with technology. A week went by, and no Jim Croce. I figured maybe it doesn’t work every time. But then one night, I was browsing ‘stories’ from Facebook friends. With stories, they just play one right after another. I was about to skip one when I saw that it was from Jim Croce, who I’d almost forgotten I had followed on Fb. I put it right up to my ear. ‘No way it’s the song, right?’ He had many songs… It was ‘I Got a Name.’ The tears just flowed down my face. It was such a clear and obvious sign to me. I layed there on my bed in awe, as I realized this stuff really works. Sure, you could say it was a coincidence. I do follow Jim on Fb, afterall. But I will offer that I generally skip stories if they’re from pages and not friends. This time, it felt like my uncle and the Universe had to work a little bit to get that message to me. And this is not the first time music has shown up in my life as a sign of encouragement. One night in 2024, I was in an Uber, loaded down with heavy stuff. I had landed in Portland that morning for a multi-day art collaboration. It was a long, difficult day, and I was upset because technology wasn’t working out for the group exhibit. In fact, I was at the tipping point already when I realized I’d left my headphones behind in the building. It seemed like the final straw in a day where everything that could go wrong, did — and the next day would surely be difficult, too. I was lost in these upset thoughts when the Ed Sheeran song ‘Perfect’ came on the car radio. I thought that was interesting because I’d been listening to that song on loop. In fact, it was definitely the last-played song on my phone, the one I would be listening to if I had my headphones to wind down. Music has always been how I process hard stuff. In part because of my autism, I find that shutting out the world with music is a coping mechanism for when things get too overwhelming. Then, the driver turned the volume up and up… until the song was practically blaring. This struck me as highly unusual, since Uber drivers generally try to keep the volume at a comfortable level. It could have been her favorite song, but to me it felt like a clear signal that the Universe or someone around me was witnessing my distress and sent me that song as a way to lift me up. I sat there trying to hide tears, because I couldn’t explain why this felt so intentional. I have increasingly believed since that moment, that we are never truly alone, even when it feels like times are dark and difficult. And the spiritual realm does seem to emphasize the fact that we are never alone. It DOES feel so lonely much of the time. Now, we get to some other uncanny things that have happened which prove to me, that life continues after physical death. I have two friends who passed away young, from suicide and overdose, respectively. On their birthdays (or sometimes the anniversary of their deaths), I try to offer food on a tray, with a picture of them on my phone next to the food. This might seem strange, but similar customs are done for the deities and ancestors at my house. I had no idea if they received the offerings or not, but still I put food out for them. This past summer, I had 2 separate dreams where both of them came to me and let me know they had seen the food. My friend Chris hugged me and sat down to eat. My other friend, Austin, actually held out a tray to ME, and it was filled with Chinese food (lol. I think maybe he associates me with Chinese, even though he’s white and I usually offer him classic Western dishes.) He then said, ‘I don’t believe in chemical happiness’ and I knew in the dream, that he was referring to medication. The dream was a bit somber. He seemed to be alluding to all the meds he was on to manage his Bipolar, ADHD and depression. I know the meds were very difficult on him, and he sometimes acted very out of character because of them. I thought that was very interesting, but I do hope he is ok where he is.Another time, I was talking about my deceased dog, Kiko, in a very teasing way. I joked that she went to hell, because of her many bad behaviors in life. At the same time, I wondered why I could sometimes feel her around, even if I couldn’t see her. That night, I had a lucid dream where I was floating down the hallway of my house and saw that it was blizzarding outside. I thought ‘wait a minute, this isn’t real. This is California in October!’ At that instant, I was transported back into my bed, but I heard my dog’s footsteps just outside my room. I also had a vision of her face, as if she was saying ‘Here I am,’ after I wondered why I never see her. To explain this, after Kiko died I could sometimes physically feel her jump on my bed. These were definitely NOT just dreams, they felt as real as real life. But I could not see her, even with my ‘astral eyes.’ In that vision, I clearly saw her face bathed in blue light. She looked knowing and serene. I firmly believe they know when we’re thinking or talking about them. As an aside, the day my dog died was a rare blizzard event in Portland, OR and the bitter cold mirrored the way we all felt about her passing. Kiko was likely projecting the memory of her last day on Earth.Lastly, I had self-published a very vulnerable book to Amazon a few years ago. I used a pen name in order to protect my true identity. But I was praying that the book would find an audience because I had what I believed was an urgent message to get out into the world. A couple days after the book was listed for sale, a Starbucks order showed up on my door with my pen name on it (the last name). I always order under a totally different name, so I was really shocked to see my pen name written boldly across the bag with black marker. It was not a common name, to boot. This showed me beyond a reasonable doubt that there are unseen forces that support us when we need it. And I have found that the more you ask and open yourself up to receiving, the more help can come to you. This extends beyond signs from loved ones, as you’ve seen here. Support can be a healing dream, an uncanny event, or synchronicty that has private meaning to you. I want to encourage all of you to ask often and sincerely for help and signs, because there is so much more to our reality than we perceive physically. The famous line goes, ‘Ask and you shall receive.’ I never thought about it much, and it’s not like we get everything we ask for; but the spirit world does answer requests, and I can personally vouch for it.

It's meant for people who are curious about metaphysical concepts, though they may not even use that word. Basically, it's for seekers of truths--the BIG ones.. like 'Why are we here?' 'Is there a Heaven?' 'Why is life hard?' and a few bonus tracks like 'What's the deal with astrology?' All those universal wonderings that we all dip into without thinking about it throughout our mundane lives. I've been a seeker my entire life. As a kid, I was always wondering about the 'truth' of the world, and what the adults in power were hiding... like about what's really possible for us. As a young woman, I read The Seth Material and did research on modalities such as Matrix Energetics, quantum jumping, The Silva method, radionics, and all these systems that promise power over our physical circumstances. And I was absolutely CONVINCED that we didn't have to suffer so-called 'incurable' diseases, or accept that with age comes inevitable deterioration. It just didn't make sense to me! It the past 3 years, I feel that my search for universal truths has finally come to a head. Information just kept coming that felt relevant and important to share. And I have found, through listening to many channelers, psychics, subtle energy workers, and even through downloads given to me while I slipped into the astral world, that there are definitive answers to these big questions we humans ask ourselves. None of the information is 'new,' per se. There is nothing new under the sun. But I am attempting to write this anthology that provides healing truths surrounding difficult things. As I write, I am sincerely hoping the book finds its way to the people who are hurting, and wanting so badly to find answers to their everyday pain. I will update occasionally, so keep watching this space!

My Book, 'Zoom Out! (and consider these healing truths)'

It's plain as day to me, that there are a ton of motivated and dedicated Afterlife researchers--people who wish to bring comfort to people around their grief, to let them know that death is not the end. Over and over, I keep hearing that those who have passed from this earh desperately want us to know that: 1) They are NOT gone, no matter how much it feels like they are. And, that 2) WE ARE NEVER ALONE. And this second part has come through in my own quantum healings, as well, by my guides and higher self when they offer insight into my internal struggle. As much as it may feel that you are extremely and dismally alone, (as I have felt SO much in my life), the reality is that our guides are always around, and those who love us who have passed away are always around. And it bothers them so much that we are always feeling alone. In particular, our loved ones who have 'died' are in fact, so present with us, that they are pained to see us falling to pieces as though they are gone. From the extensive research I have done, it is clear that while the 'spirit' realms are filled with light and joy, emotional pain does exist over there. And it is usually tied to the unhappiness and grief that attaches them to the living. They are constantly trying to reach people, to tell them they are still here.Story time: Many years ago, I removed a Facebook friend for claiming that the spirit of Robin Williams was talking to her, and told her to tell everyone that 'he didn't kill himself.' I just remember thinking she was delusional. Like, Yeah right! If the ghost of Robin Williams is really floating around somewhere out there, why would he talk to YOU of all people? How narcissistic is this person that they really think a freshly-dead celebrity has a message that only they can relay to people?Well... (and I'm not saying she was telling the truth for sure) I have come to know that indeed, those who have left the physical realm will talk to ANYONE who can hear them. And those people are often psychic, or are in a state where they can hear them. I don't even think they go around looking for psychics, they are naturally drawn to them. In the case of Robin Williams, particularly, I've heard from many mediums that he has come through to talk to them, and he is just always joking around. One even said he told a sex joke: 'I have sex almost every day! On Monday I almost had sex, on Tuesday I almost had sex, on Wednesday.... etc' 😂I digress a bit. The point I'm trying to make here, is that as long as we keep these ideas to ourselves, or on a small blog or niche podcast somewhere (I watch Mara and NextLevelSoul as much as anyone), we are never going to reach the broader public with this uplifting and crucial message. I think we need to be making major motion pictures that will speak to people on a spiritual level. Because there are almost no positive portrayals of the spirit world out there; it's all horror and scary stuff, with rare exceptions. So, I propose we change that. I'm not sure exactly how I will become part of this, but I'm a grandiose person, and I believe that angels and higher dimensional beings help those whose intention is to spread truths that will heal people. The film idea I spoke of that has its own page here, mentions a two-way type of communication where the focus isn't just on the physical humans trying to reach loved ones on the spirit plane, but also on the efforts and discoveries made by the 'deceased' to make contact. The research shows that it IS a two-way process. The Timestream Spirit group that spoke to Mark Macy and his team had to learn how to build stations in the astral realm in order for their communications to reach earth--so that they could make their miraculous contact by phone, computer, and television. In Sonia Rinaldi's work, she talks about newer spirits having to learn to focus their energy in order to make contact, and that clarity of the communications depends highly on the skill level of the spirit. Physical mediums such as Leslie Flint are able to create a 'voice box' for spiritual beings to speak through because they produce an abundance of ectoplasm, a substance necessary to manifest spiritual phenomena like voices, apports, and materialization. The Scole Experiment team has said that amount of electromagnetic energy within the area of contact matters, too. There are just so many factors going into spiritual communication, that it really seems to me like its own kind of science. And it is this intersection of spirit and science that I think this new class of spiritual movies needs to explore.

We Need to Enter the Public Consciousness with the Truth about the Afterlife

So, I've been following the work of these titans in the metaphysics/consciousness/afterlife community. People like Richard Martini, Sonia Rinaldi, Victor Zammit, and Mark Macy. I've enjoyed perusing the content available on each of their platforms; but the thing that gets me is that these researchers aren't necessarily in conversation with one another regularly, and I thought it would be great if there was a forum dedicated to host these conversations between thought leaders where regular people could also contribute.I admit that I'm probably not the one who should be in charge of such a forum, but I just went ahead and prototyped a forum on freeforums.net. I've called it 'Consciousness Connect,' in the spirit of bringing all consciousness researchers together. I've made an initial post. Now, maybe I can get up the courage to actually reach out to people and ask them to join!! Even if the forum doesn't work out, it can still be a prototype for someone else to take up the flag and host a proper forum elsewhere that will bring people in.If you'd like, you can make a free account and join Consciousness Connect. See you there!https://consciousnessconnect.freeforums.net/

I Made a Forum to Get Metaphysical Thought Leaders Talking to Each other

Did you know that everything, from that plant in your living room to the cells of your body and even inanimate objects, all has Consciousness?I have to admit I didn't either. I had the sense that there was an 'intelligence' that permeated all things, and that was why outcomes can be guided by conscious intent. A Japanese researcher named Masaru Emoto became famous for proving that plants respond to intentions. He took two identical plants. To one, he spoke encouragingly and lovingly. To the other, he shouted epithets and hateful things. The plant that received love grew strong and vibrant while the 'hated' plant withered away. Emoto also proved that water has the ability to store vibrations within its molecules, so it can be 'programmed' with certain intent and it will absorb it like memory foam. These are water molecules programmed with various things like peace, gratitude and even 'you fool.' As you can see, the negative things create a more chaotic structure, while the positive things like wisdom are harmonized and symmetrical.

Emoto's experiments show that all matter responds to conscious intention. Knowing this, we can surmise that all matter is intelligent. If we can use a material that is especially respondent to consciousness, it could be used in an interface for controlling devices meant to heal or anything else. For example, it's known that certain crystals are good for absorbing and directing conscious energy. We could start there when planning to create such devices.

EVERYTHING HAS CONSCIOUSNESS

Francesca Thoman is a visionary medium who began channeling Serbian inventor, Nikola Tesla, in 1995. She has published 5 books of insights from the famed scientist which contain much information about the nature of reality and the Universe! She says that the concepts are so big that Nikola has to wrack her entire vocabulary to be able to voice them through our limited human perspective. I personally have read a couple of these books, and can attest that they are very dense and advanced reading. I have a hard time understanding it, myself, but it is quite literally a treasure trove of knowledge for those who thirst to know about universal truths. Some excerpts from these channelings are available on Thoman's website, like this gem from Volume 1:
“Time came before space. Time allows physicality to exist by allowing process, and thus information. Time also creates uniqueness of location, the individuation of the Heisenberg uncertainties into multiple realities and specific individuation of conscious experiences… space would not exist without the inexorable forward motion of time as is experienced by all macro-systems, starting with the atoms and molecules within structure.”
Check out more on Francesca's channelings here: https://nikolateslachanneled.com/
